About Krati Jain
Krati Jain is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher from the Isha Foundation, sharing the classical science of yoga in its original, undiluted form — alongside holistic nutrition that nourishes both body and being.

A topper on paper, unravelling within
As a child, Krati's health was fragile. She battled eczema for years and was constantly run down by cough and cold, moving from one doctor to the next. Academically she thrived — a bright, strong maths student — yet genuine well-being always seemed just out of reach.
After her twelfth standard, that quiet struggle deepened into a period of depression. Searching for something she couldn't quite name, she began watching Sadhguru's videos late into the night — and slowly, the questions she had carried for years began to find their answers.
In 2021, she committed fully, joining the seven-month residential Sadhanapada program at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore. For the first time, she found real clarity. In 2023 she completed her Classical Hatha Yoga teacher training — 1,750 hours at Sadhguru Gurukulam — and became a certified teacher.
In 2026, she completed her Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, certified through NFNA Academy with NSDC & Skill India certification — adding a second, entirely separate discipline to her practice.
Having transformed her own health and mind, she now devotes herself to helping others do the same — sharing yoga and nutrition exactly as they were meant to be.
Two distinct offerings
Yoga and nutrition are separate disciplines — each with its own training and certification. Krati keeps them clearly apart, so you always know exactly what you're signing up for.
Carrying the practice far and wide
Over the past two years, Krati has travelled and taught across schools, corporates and communities — from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam to Rajasthan and beyond — as well as live online sessions. Photos from each are on the way.

Two distinct disciplines.
One complete offering.
Classical Hatha Yoga is a complete and self-contained science of inner well-being. Nutrition is an independent discipline grounded in its own science and practice. Each stands fully on its own.
Krati holds separate certifications in both and teaches each with full integrity to its own tradition. They are never mixed, merged, or presented as one. What makes this offering holistic is simply this — if you choose to pursue both, you are taken care of, completely and correctly, in two very different dimensions of well-being.
“Yoga isn't something you do for an hour a day. It's a way of being — present, balanced, and alive in every moment.”
